Registered Nurse Supervisor

Job Location - Full Time 3pm-11pm Main Center, Scranton
Duties - The primary responsibility of this position is for the development and administration of the policies and procedures for the care and treatment of Center residents; Direct supervisory responsibilities of all nursing staff; direct medical care of residents as needed

Program Assistant

Qualifications - High School graduate; valid driver's license; ability to lift 50 pounds
Job Location - Full Time in the Wilkes Barre location
Duties -
Ensure a safe environment for program participants; provide both direct programming and assist with personal care of individuals with intellectual disability

Summer Program Aide

Qualifications - High school graduate; valid driver's license; ability to lift 50 pounds
Job Location - Full Time, Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 3pm, Summer session at the Main Center in Scranton
Duties - The primary function of this position is to be responsible for the recreational and physical needs of an assigned group of residents. Summer Program staff also assist in implementing Individual Program Plans and are responsible for completing necessary documentation related to care and treatments

Supported Living Coach

Qualifications - Must be 18 years of age, high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license; experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred.
Job Location - This position is per diem and has a varied schedule which will include evening and weekend hours
Duties - Provide services to individuals who live independently, supporting them in managing all areas of their life.

Licensed Practical Nurse

Qualifications - High School diploma or GED; valid LPN license; ability to lift 50 pounds; valid driver's license
Job Location - Lackawanna and Luzerne Counties
Duties - Responsible for overseeing medical needs, the administration of medications and/or medical treatments and the general well-being of people with intellectual disabilities; provide support with daily living skills; record keeping and occasional light housekeeping

Respite Providers

Qualifications - High School diploma or GED and valid driver's license
Job Location - Per Diem position in either the home of the client or the respite provider, but usually in the home of the respite provider.
Duties - Offer families a temporary intermission from the home care of their family member with special needs. The program matches an individual with an intellectual disability in need of temporary home care with a welcoming home. A spare bedroom would be required. Provides 24 hour (or longer) care and usually on weekends. This would include providing all meals, personal hygiene and assistance with medications.
Rate of Pay - $115 per 24 hour period

Behavior Support Professional

Qualifications - High school diploma or GED; valid driver's license; ability to lift 50 pounds; at least two years experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities or adult autism
Job Location - Part time at our community homes in the Scranton area
Duties - One-on-one care to an assigned individual receiving services

Community Support Professional

Qualifications - High School diploma and valid driver's license
Job Location - Per Diem positions at various locations in the community
Duties - Accompanies an individual with intellectual disability on community based activities and assists with goals. The individual receives a set amount of hours per month, with 20 hours as an average.

Direct Support Professional

Qualifications - High School graduate; valid driver’s license; ability to lift 50 pounds
Job Location - Full, Part Time and Per Diem at the Main Center and in the community homes
Duties - Provides both direct programming and assists in the personal care of individuals with intellectual disability, to include hygiene, meals and activities
