Music Therapy soothes pain, relieves stress and relaxes muscles. It builds self-esteem, encourages interaction, uplifts spirits, strengthens the immune system, enhances well-being and much more. A qualified Music Therapist uses music to achieve the restoration, maintenance, and improvement of mental and physical health.

A professional trained in music and the behavioral sciences, the Music Therapist integrates music, personal human sensitivities and elements of the physical environment in order to develop a healthy relationship with the client.
