Blessings Children’s Learning Center, licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS), Office of Child Development and Early Learning (OCDEL), offers high-quality, affordable day care services. Blessings is available to the children, grandchildren and relatives of current and future employees. Blessings Children’s Learning Center participates in the Keystone Stars program and earned a Star 4 designation.
